1. Acceptance of Terms
By using this Website or registering for our courses, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.
2. Eligibility for Enrollment
Academic Criteria: Enrollment in our 2-year or 4-year foundation programs is subject to the candidate meeting the minimum academic requirements (e.g., passing Class 8 or Class 10 with required percentages).
Medical Fitness: As the program prepares candidates for the Armed Forces, it is the parent/student’s responsibility to ensure the student meets the basic physical and medical standards of the NDA. The academy is not responsible for medical rejections by the UPSC/SSB boards.
Verification: Admission is provisional until all documents (Aadhaar Card, Marksheets, Photographs) are verified. Providing false information may lead to immediate expulsion without a refund.
3. Fee Structure and Payments
Registration Fee: The registration/admission fee is non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.
Installments: If a fee-payment plan is chosen, installments must be paid on or before the due date. A late fee of [Insert Amount, e.g., ₹100 per day] may apply for delayed payments.
Default in Payment: Failure to pay fees for more than [Number, e.g., 15 days] after the due date may result in the student being barred from classes or the hostel.
4. Refund and Cancellation Policy
No Refund: Fees once paid (after the commencement of the batch) are generally non-refundable and non-transferable.
Exceptional Cases: Any request for a refund due to extreme medical emergencies will be reviewed by the Management, and their decision shall be final and binding.
5. Discipline and Code of Conduct
Military Environment: Students are expected to maintain a high standard of discipline, punctuality, and decorum.
Prohibited Items: Use of mobile phones, electronic gadgets, or any unauthorized items during class hours or in restricted zones is strictly prohibited.
Expulsion: The Academy reserves the right to expel any student found guilty of misconduct, bullying, substance abuse, or persistent poor performance. In such cases, no fees will be refunded.
6. Intellectual Property
Study Material: All content provided (books, notes, online tests, videos) is the intellectual property of Learn With Sumit.
Usage: These materials are for personal use only. Copying, redistributing, or selling these materials is strictly prohibited and may lead to legal action.
7. Results and Publicity
The Academy reserves the right to use the student’s name, photograph, and video testimonials for promotional purposes (social media, website, brochures) if the student achieves success in the NDA/SSB or other competitive exams while enrolled with us.
8. Limitation of Liability
No Guarantee: While we provide expert coaching and guidance, we do not guarantee selection in the NDA or SSB. Selection depends entirely on the student’s performance and the UPSC/SSB board’s evaluation.
Safety: The Academy takes all reasonable precautions for student safety during physical training. However, the Academy shall not be liable for any injuries sustained during sports or PT conducted as part of the training.

10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi/NCR.
11. Changes to Terms
LWS reserves the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website or services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
